Spring is here and it's a great time to get outside and move.  Did you know you should do 60 minutes (or 1 hour) or more of physical activity a day?  Yes.  That's right.  The Centers for Disease Control says Children & Adolescents should do 60 minutes (or 1 hour) or more of physical activity a day.  While doing physical activity, you should get some strengthening exercises such as gymnastics or push-ups at least 3 days a week and bone strengthening exercises such as jumping rope or running 3 days a week.
